The cross bit of rock drilling tools, also called rock drilling bit, belongs to the mining brazing bit, and the fibre head is used on the impact drilling rig in mining equipment. It is a kind of drill bit mainly used with the wind-driven rock drill and tapered rod. The external threaded one-piece drill bit is coupled with the brazing rod through the taper to carry out the drilling operation, and the external threaded one-piece drill bit is mainly used in the fields of secondary crushing in mines, support of anchor rods and roadway excavation.

The forging of this cross-shaped bit is much more complex than that of the one-threaded bit, and it is highly resistant to radial abrasion; it is insensitive to the presence or absence of fissures in the rock and whether it is homogeneous or not; all types of rock drills can try this type of bit with the corresponding diameter. High-quality carbide and steel are used for rock drilling in very hard, hard, broken and fissured rocks with all types of rock drills.
